Q: This is my first time consulting a homeopathic physician, can you tell me more about homeopathy? Is it safe?
A: Absolutely! We are glad you're making the right shift to safe, holistic and individualised care.Homeopathy was developed by Samuel Hahnemann, a German physician, over 200 years ago and is based on the principle of “like curing like”.Homoeopathic medicines have no side effects. The term side affects of a medicine comes from modern pharmacology. Since, homoeopathic medicines are not employed against any particular system or organ of the body and rather on the totality of symptoms of the patient, hence, side effects, such as tissue destruction, do not occur under homoeopathy treatment.


Q: Do you have a clinic where I can visit in-person?
A: Yes! We offer walk-in consultations in our clinic located in Delhi between Monday to Saturday 9AM to 1PM. 


Q: I cannot possibly visit the clinic, can I still receive your homeopathic treatment?
A: Ofcourse! We offer online consultations via our booking portal followed by home delivery of medicines PAN India post-consultation. We deliver the same quality of care to our patients from the comfort of their homes. 


Q: How long are the online consultations?
A: We offer 15-20 minutes of online consultations which include taking your medical history, prescribing suggested homeopathic medicine, and offering advice. 


Q: How do I book my online consultation?
A: When you click on the book now button, it takes you to our booking portal system where you can select your preferred date and time of appointment with Dr. Mahak Salik. You will receive the booking confirmation on email once the payment is successfully processed. 


Q: Do you offer online consultations globally?
A: Yes! Our online consultations are followed by PAN India delivery of medicines, subject to delivery charges based on location of delivery.
We also provide online consultations to our patients living outside of India. However, we are still building our international delivery network. Please contact us on Whatsapp to confirm whether we can deliver at your postal address before booking your appointment on our booking system.
